I love love a natural, laughing photo, however capturing this on a senior photo shoot is not always that simple. Don’t get me wrong, we laugh A LOT during the shoot and we are silly and goofy most of the time, but capturing that perfect laugh is hard! Many of my clients come into the shoot wanting that natural shot and I think it is so cool that girls want to look like themselves being silly! So I aim to capture it when they least expect it, quickly grabbing my camera if I feel that spontaneous laugh about to happen. I will also encourage them to laugh out loud in a totally goofy way, because if you have ever tried this, it definitely feels silly and makes you laugh at yourself anyway (love the shot of Maddie)! Here’s to spontaneous laughter and joy! May we all have more of these moments in our days.
